Ray "Boom Boom" Mancini was the Pride of Youngstown, Ohio and a boxing fan's dream throughout much of the 80s. The gripping story of winning the title for his father and former fighter, Lenny Mancini, his courage and exciting style in the ring, brought unparalleled attention to his career and to the sport. Mancini inherited his nickname "Boom Boom" from his dad, but created a legacy all on his own. Mancini held the Lightweight Championship from 1982-1984.
